Responsible for implementing the Open Banking regulation on all the bank's digital platforms.

Creating a tailored solution to fit both client needs and regulatory requirements.

A lead product manager, in charge of key features within the app.

Data-driven requirements gathering process, translated into clear PRD's for the Design & Dev teams.

• In charge of the company’s B2B SaaS product - from inception to creation.

  • Defined and managed the product development strategy and roadmap.

  • Led product characterization, design, development, beta testing, Q&A, and implementation.

  • Created and developed a series of branded relocation sales platforms (B2C) to accompany our relocation service platform.

• In charge of the company’s marketing: from social and paid ads to PR and personal blogs.

• Created extended B2B & B2C sales processes and managed them.
